IWC (International Women’s Club) in Antigua just paid out $41,000 to seven deserving scholarship recipients.    The annual scholarship benefits female applicants and often supplements other funding enabling collegiate students to further or complete their education.   The scholarships have been in effect since 1992 (Club dates back to 1986) and while there are generally speaking,
