February was “Water Month” for the American Women’s Group of Languedoc Roussillon

In addition to the fall activities that revolved around the theme of water (a walk with the hiking group along the aqueduct in Castries and a visit with the outings group to the Montpellier water source and water treatment plant) AWGLR...

The AWC Bogota held "A Morning of Health and Handbags" which included a presentation on Stem Cells and the Helping Handbags Auctions this morning.  Those attending were all very interested in the FAWCO TARGET Water project: Tabitha's Cambodia Wells for Clean Water, and $972 was raised for it.

Although the AWCH has been supporting the ITWDP for only a short time, we have already raised 120€ at the Bunco Game Fundraiser and 755€ from the 2011 AGM Silent Auction and 154€ from the book sale also at the AGM. What a great way to start the year! Thanks to all who have helped us get this far.

AWC Luxembourg did it again!! The generosity of AWC Luxembourg members at the February Valentines lunch was overwhelming! In just two hours, the very lively group of 40 women at Wiltgen Cafe helped other women across the world in Cambodia by supplying them with enough funding to build 6 more water wells, which now means that AWC Luxembourg has helped...
