Long-time advocate for military and overseas citizens’ voting rights heading up the Federal Voting Assistance Program since July 6, 2009.
The Pentagon appointed Robert H. Carey, a consultant to Pew Charity Trust’s “Make Voting Work” initiative and a Senior Fellow of the National Defense Committee, as the new Director of the Federal Voting Assistance Program.
