Nigel Biggar, Director of Social Performance Center, Grameen Foundation, will be speaking on the Progress out of Poverty Index (PPI), which helps Microfinance Institutions: track client's progress of moving out of poverty, identify and select new microfinance clients, understand what products and services meet its clients' needs, evaluate and change MFI's programs to increase their impact (BwB is Bankers without Borders volunteer program which hosts several webinars per year.)
