This is a simple book designed for parents to teach their kids about how small things can make a big difference in the world.
Small Loans, Big Dream: How Nobel Prize Winner Muhammad Yunus and Microfinance are Changing the World by Alex Counts ( Hardcover, John Wiley & Sons, 2008) This book has a wonderful collection of stories of women who have been successful using micro financing to fulfill their dreams.
Transforming Microfinance Institutions: Providing Full Financial Services to the Poor by Victoria White Joanna Ledgerwood (Paperback, World Bank, 2006) Written by practitioners in the field, this gives a first hand look at how MF works.
