There you will find information about obtaining ECOSOC status, grounds passes, and quadrennial reporting requirements. UN Office in Geneva- For general information about the Geneva Headquarters go to www.unog.ch. There you have information about the various agencies, calendars of upcoming meetings, a layout of the buildings and information on ground passes. UN Office in New York – For information that includes the UN Daily Journal of meetings at the NY HQ, information about the Noontime briefings, webcasts, UN document searches, a directory of agencies and list of UN member Permanent Missions, check out www.un.int/index-en/index.html. UN Office in Vienna – For general information about what is happening at the Vienna office, check out www.unvienna.org. This office handles issues mostly, but not exclusively, related to crime, drugs, the International Atomic Energy Commission. UN NGO Information Department of Public Information (DPI) - The main communications link with NGOs is at www.un.org/dpi/ngosection/index.asp. There you can find information about DPI conferences, weekly briefings, workshops as well as information about the NGO Resource Center in New York. CONGO (Committee of NGOs) – CONGO sends out a monthly newsletter with information on upcoming conferences and meetings in NY, Geneva and elsewhere.
